2. Collection and processing of personal data
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
3. Contact form & inquiries
When you send us an inquiry via the contact or configurator form, your details (name, company, email, project information) are stored to process the request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR.
3a. Questionnaire (market research)
On our website you can voluntarily answer a questionnaire about large-format 3D printing. It can be completed anonymously; all contact fields (name, company, e-mail, phone) are optional. We process the answers for market research and to decide on building up our manufacturing offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; for voluntarily provided contact details: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Voluntarily provided contact details are used solely to get back to you about your answers. Data is stored on our own servers in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). You may revoke consent at any time with future effect (info@loopform.de).
3b. Sharing with our marketing agency
To run and evaluate our campaign we work with the marketing agency Monopage. We share the questionnaire answers and — if provided by you — your contact details with Monopage so the results can be evaluated jointly. Contact details are only shared with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give when submitting the questionnaire; anonymous answers contain no personal data. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect (info@loopform.de).
4. Hosting
This website is hosted on our own, self-operated servers in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). All data is stored exclusively in Germany and processed within the EU. Technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp) is processed when the site is accessed.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@loopform.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
